Requests at Entrance and at the Venue

• Please cooperate with baggage inspections upon admission.
• Please take care of your baggage. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.
• Hazardous materials are not allowed (firearms, knives, scissors, gunpowder, bottles/cans, alcohol, chemical lights, etc.).
• Taking photos or videos inside the venue is prohibited. Posting on SNS without permission is also prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Please follow staff instructions at all times.
• Event hours and policies may change.
• All information is subject to change without notice due to celebrity or management decisions.
• Gift handover is generally not allowed. Please use the venue gift box if required. Food and drink gifts are not accepted.

About Tickets Purchased on the Holly Con Site

• All prices include tax.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us with:

• Tickets are electronic. Please present your QR code at the venue.
• Reselling tickets is prohibited. Illegally resold tickets will not be accepted.
• Tickets are only sold via the Holly Con site or Ticket Pia.

Information

Ticket Refund Policy

• If a celebrity cannot attend, photo and autograph tickets will be refunded.
• No refunds for purchase errors.
• Refund period: within 30 days after the event.
• Applies to Ticket Pia purchases as well.
• To request a refund, send the following information:

Photo Session

• Please line up in designated areas before sessions begin.
• No baggage allowed in the photo booth (except valuables).
• One ticket allows up to 5 people (3 adults + 2 children).
• A photographer will be provided.
• No hugging or pose requests to celebrities.
• Celebrities cannot hold children for photos.
• One printed photo per ticket is provided.
• Additional prints available via reprint booth or paid data service.

About Autograph Tickets

• Only one person per ticket is allowed.
• No companions allowed (exceptions for children or assistance).
• Bring your own item or purchase one at the venue.
• Pens (gold, silver, black) are provided.
• Signatures may smudge if not dry. No rewrites allowed.

Selfie Participation

• One accompanying person is allowed.
• No baggage allowed (except valuables).

Cosplay Participation

• No changing rooms are available.
• Prohibited items include:
  • Sharp objects
  • Weapon-like props
  • Large costumes
  • Disruptive costumes
  • Full-face masks
• Staff may deny entry to anyone deemed unsafe or disruptive.
